Kavitha Murgappan is the Managing Director of Kavi Infotech, with over 20 years of experience across IT training, operations, recruitment, and ePublishing services. She holds a strong academic background including B.Sc (Microbiology), MS (IT), M.Phil (Computer Science), EGMP from IIM Lucknow, and an Advanced Program in Data Science, Machine Learning & GenAI (NIIT).
Kavitha began her career at NIIT and later held leadership roles at Firstsource Solutions, managing large telecom operations teams. She also served as Business Head at TPS Consultancy before founding Kavi Infotech in 2015.
Under her leadership, Kavi Infotech delivers comprehensive ePublishing and digital conversion services, including XML, EPUB (2 & 3), Accessible EPUB, document accessibility, migration services, data management, and training programs.
